SNACCIDENT: THE LUNCH BOX Dreaming of the lilicop outside the school. Lilicop was a flavored ice that had no brand, but was the most popular amongst the students. Alarm rings and I put it on snooze for 5 minutes. With a gentle fake smile I wake up and drink water. It was 4:00 a.m. and as usual I sat down with my harmonica. After an hour my mom comes and asks me to remove my books from the drawing room. Huh! My mom had always been super strict. We are still not allowed to throw our stuff here and there. Somehow an hour passes by and I who was ready to make my today’s dream into a real one, gets into a fight with my younger brother. I never wanted to write his leave application. It was 6:40 a.m. and my mother calls me for the breakfast. I was ready with my two pleats and my school bag that was mandatory for me to enter the school. Mom was always the best cook during my school days when I carried my lunch box. “Bhindi, what else ...

Along with all other vehicles the tempo also turned left on its ways. Eight people sitting back and four on the front seat, including the driver. My route was also the same as of the tempo. As I cross the Taatmil bridge a girl steps out of the tempo. Soon after that a policeman asks the driver, whether the tempo will head towards bada chauraha . Driver agrees to that and policeman sits on the front seat beside the driver. When I started following the tempo again, I suddenly saw that the driver was not driving properly. He attended his phone call with one hand while driving and was driving in an improper manner. The policeman instead of asking him to cut the call and focus on drivin...

Astha, at 9 a.m. leaves her house for her college. On her way to the college her phone rings and she stops her  scooty and receives a call that was from her mother. "You forgot your lunch box, what are you going to eat? come back i am standing outside",her mother said. Astha returns back home to collect her tiffin box and again leaves for her college after hugging her mother tight. She reaches her college, parks her sc...
